I am repeatedly amazed by what people can accomplish, when they put their mind to it. Julia Kozerski lost 160 pounds, while holding down “a full-time job, being a newlywed, a first time homeowner, a full-time college student and caring for my ill parents.” Wow, where would she have found time to eat? I know for me it’s a lot easier to lose some extra pounds when I’m busy, but it also means I’m not eating as much healthy food to fuel my body.
My understanding of weight loss is that this dramatic of a change is not good on the body, hopefully she was under the guidance of a doctor during this time period. And now the challenge of keeping up the new healthy routine. Wishing you the best of luck J
